How do I attach evidence to my Professional Development Plan?
To attach evidence for an activity undertaken to fulfil your Professional Development Plan: 1) Navigate to the 'Record my Activities' page 2) Locate the relevant activity in your activities grid at the end of the page image.png6.78 KB 3) Open this Activity using the green edit pencil 4) Select 'Add files' and follow the prompts image.png1.57 KB 5) If you haven't already linked this activity to your Professional Development Plan you can do this now by clicking on the Link Activity to Professional Development Plan

On the Professional Development Plan page you note the Linked Activities column will reflect the activities linked to your Plan/s image.png1.24 KB
