How do I attach a file to my activity?

If you have electronic evidence of your activity (i.e. a certificate of attendance), you can attach this to your activity at any time during the current CPD year, or if you are under audit.
You may find it beneficial to upload evidence as you record activities.

To upload an attachment to an activity:
  • Select Add files. (If adding to an existing activity, locate the activity and select the green edit pencil and then select 'Add files'
  • Locate and select the file on your computer
  • Select Save
  • Maximum file size is 5 Mb. 
  • File name cannot contain more than 500 characters

The comments field is free text. Record any additional information about the activity. 
  • Location of a conference or course
  • The name of your committee 
  • Topics for teaching sessions
  • Journal referencing
  • Learning outcomes
  • Specific dates
*Please do not record any confidential or patient-identifying information.
